Nearly Newts are the mentors and innovators of Wigglewood — young adults standing at the edge of possibility. Their Newt Kits bridge classroom curiosity with real-world skills: planning, analysing, designing, and reflecting on both growth and goals. Students undertake deeper investigations and produce reports or portfolios, with optional community impact angles.

Each kit invites purposeful learning through sustainable practice and self-directed study, preparing students for portfolios, pathways, and “The Newt Step” into future careers. Each term, the kit will include a weekly lesson, plus extras, to correlate with the length of each term. (For instance, Term 1 of 2026 is 9 weeks, you'll receive 9 weekly lessons, 9 journal cards, etc. Term 2 of 2026 is 11 weeks, you'll receive 11 weekly lessons, 11 journal cards and so on).

Homeschool Resource Pack is included in the price, and automatically included in the kit. 

You will receive a special key to unlock your classroom for the term. Each key opens one secret garden — and resets every new term so the adventure begins fresh again.
